Summary

As part of the Google UX Design Professional Certificate I designed an app that help users remember the right time to take their medication in order to ensure they will not forget, or confuse medication. And also help them track medication for their beloved family members.

Description

As part of the design process, I analized user journeys, identified user pain points, created user personas based on the findings, and then I made wireframes, usability analysis, and mockups. The main problem was that for users is hard to keep track of medication, specially when they need to take more than 3 medication for an extended period of time, and If they have children or parents they also care, it's way too hard to remember the right times and medication for everyone. There are some apps that help with that in the market, but they are hard to understand and the interfaces lack good design and are non user-friendly. Every step in the design and research process gave me vital information that helped me refined the design as I became more aware of user needs and had a better understanding of users'e mental model.
