Description

As part of the design process, I analized user journeys, identified user pain points, created user personas based on the findings, and then I made wireframes, usability analysis, and mockups. The main problem is that some movie theater apps are hard to understand, the flow to buy tickets is conter-intuitive, non user-friednly, and they don't allow you to buy snacks before hitting the movie theater. So, in the end, users save some minutes buying tickets, but they save non buying snacks. Every step in the design and research process gave me vital information that helped me refined the design as I became more aware of user needs and had a better understanding of users'e mental model.
